A vibrant, modern and growing early years setting in Leatherhead is seeking experienced Room Leaders to join their toddler or preschool rooms. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to take ownership of a room, lead a team and deliver exceptional early years practice within a supportive and positive environment.

The nursery has 87 children enrolled, with a total capacity of 160, operating in smaller, well-resourced rooms with a maximum of 16 children. The team works collaboratively across 26 staff, all united by a simple shared ethos:

About the Role

You will lead the daily running of your room, supporting staff, delivering high-quality teaching, and ensuring children receive outstanding care and education. The position is 40 hours per week, within operational hours of 7:30am–6:30pm.

You will help create and maintain a warm, nurturing atmosphere where children can explore, discover and thrive through purposeful play and structured learning.
