Customer Service Rep
Summary
This position is located at Fort Leavenworth FMWR Trails West Golf Course.
Responsibilities- In a golf program, may act as Starter/Marshall, ensures tee sheets run on time, ensures maximum usage of available tee times by pairing singles, twosomes, and threesomes, and assists golfers in need of playing partners.
- Keeps flow of play moving on the golf course, assists customers looking for lost balls to keep play moving.
- Golf Carts – assists in pulling up and staging the fleet for play, assists in washing and parking fleet when not needed for the day.
- May assist in picking driving range.
- Provides facility and program information to patrons. Assists with simple repair and maintenance.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for the position.
- A one‑year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
- Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215‑3, paragraph 2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally‑controlled facilities.
- Willing to accept an intermittent or flexible appointment.
- Schedule will be based on the needs of the activity. Must be able and willing to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
