Overview

The Teller role at FNBO is focused on delivering exceptional service by processing customer transactions at branch locations. Tellers work with customers in a friendly, positive manner and are committed to FNBO’s Operating Philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
  • Make the right decisions for customers while following bank policies.
  • Serve as a team member, participating in training activities and collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team success.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Desired: Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Previous teller experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
Work Environment

The incumbent will work onsite at the posted location in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and teamwork. Work location may change based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $19 per hour. The final compensation offer may vary based on experience, education, and skills.
