- Serve as a finance partner to client-facing account teams for a portfolio of clients
- Lead the billing process and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
- Monitor overall project budget health
- Perform revenue recognition
- Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis
- Assist with media buy management, including media billing and reconciliations
- Handle ad hoc general ledger responsibilities, including reporting and analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide backup for other team members as necessary
- Work across the Accounting & Finance team
- Progressive experience in prior accounting and/or finance roles
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and highly dependable

- Prior experience in an agency or professional services firm preferred but not required

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, project budget management, and revenue recognition while effectively collaborating with client-facing teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in process improvement and reporting.
