Operations Workstation Controller, Senior

As an Operations Workstation Controller, you’ll bring your analytical, technical, Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) expertise. You’ll provide expert simulation control for Warfighter Exercises (WFX), including applying Rules and Work Arounds, supervising work cells and response cells, ensuring realistic constructive simulations via WARSIM and JLCCTC platforms, and working closely with Senior Red Control and the Exercise Control Group (ECG) to ensure WARSIM conditions facilitate training.
You will also develop and train new hire workstation controllers.
You’ll oversee the constructive training work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Army's warfighter program.

You Have- Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4 / 5 or Sergeant Major E9
- Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)
- Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above
- Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Master's degree
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Graduate of War College (MEL1) or equivalent

Salary range: $61,900.00 to $ per year (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
