• Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health to formulate accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based techniques tailored to clients’ specific needs and challenges.
• Respond to mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure client safety.
• Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and families to set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and services, advocating for clients within the healthcare system and connecting them with community support.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field.
• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field, preferred.
• Current registration as an intern with Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred.
