Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. The BCBA will provide behavioral support services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes. This role is ideal for a professional who values collaboration, data-driven practice, and improving the lives of students through effective behavioral programming.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff in implementing behavioral strategies and interventions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure alignment of behavioral supports with educational goals
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral consultation across classrooms and programs
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards established by the BACB
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure as required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Experience working in school or clinical settings preferred

IDR Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
