About the RoleThe Technology Support Team (TST) Deputy will lead the technical planning, integration, operation, and sustainment of simulation, mission command, network, database, and cybersecurity capabilities that support exercise cycles. Responsibilities include managing WARSIM databases, Simulation Control Plans, Rules and Workarounds Books, tiered distributed site support, RMF implementation, and 24/7 technical and cyber operations to enable realistic, high‑fidelity training. The Deputy will guide Army operations, assist the Technology Team Lead with day‑to‑day operations, direct supply‑chain management processes, provide reconciliation oversight, develop and maintain operational SOPs, manage timelines, allocate team resources, and prioritize work to meet exercise design and execution requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead technical planning, integration, and sustainment of simulation and cyber capabilities.
- Manage WARSIM databases and Simulation Control Plans.
- Oversee RMF implementation and tiered distributed site support.
- Coordinate 24/7 technical and cyber operations.
- Develop and maintain operational SOPs and standing operating procedures.
- Allocate team resources, set priorities, and manage timelines.
- Provide oversight of supply‑chain management and reconciliation.
- Guide Army solutions delivery and exercise design/execution.
- 5+ years of experience supporting collective training and exercises.
- Knowledge of supply‑chain management processes.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) security policy procedures.
- Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and publications.
- Ability to maintain and develop TST’s operational standard operating procedures.
- Ability to manage timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize work to meet exercise design and execution requirements.
- Secret clearance (or eligibility for clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in military simulation support, federation and WARSIM operations, distributed exercise site management, cybersecurity and RMF, and technical leadership.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Security+ certification.

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and experience, among other factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
