Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide on-premises and virtual technical support for CGSC students and staff. The Specialist will manage help desk requests via the Canvas/ASU Ecosystem LMS.
The ideal candidate has experience with Learning Management Systems like Canvas, strong customer service, and troubleshooting skills. U.S. Citizenship is required, and the role demands the ability to prioritize requests independently.
