Com Qi, a global leader in cloud-based digital signage solutions, is seeking a Temporary Help Desk Agent (Level
1) to be the first point of contact for client-facing technical support across CMS platforms and hardware. This temporary role ends on November 30, 2026.
You will triage, resolve, or escalate inbound requests via Freshdesk, phone, email, and Slack, and coordinate with deployment teams as needed to ensure timely support and adherence to SOPs.
