Leavenworth County – 25-12-2 – County Employee. Hourly: $22.64–$23.56. Full‑time.

Location:

Leavenworth County Court House, 300 Walnut, Suite 007, Leavenworth, KS 66048.

• Building walk‑through custodial – 20%
• Building work orders – 20%
• Household repairs – 15%
• Electrical repairs – 5%
• HVAC repairs – 5%
• Concrete repairs – 10%
• Mowing and landscape – 0%
• Forecasting maintenance and assigning tasks – 5%
• Construction projects – 5%
• Safety – as directed by the Director of Buildings and Grounds

• Work independently and safely in building and grounds maintenance.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Move, repair, assemble and disassemble office furniture and equipment.
• Standard plumbing – free‑plugged waste lines, valve, faucet, sink, toilet, fountain, and other water‑using devices.
• Standard electrical – light fixtures, receptacles, light switches.
• Standard building – door hardware, locks, spot carpet, drywall replacement, patching, painting, landscape, sweeping.
• Minor HVAC – assessment, repair and tune‑ups.
• Concrete assessment and repair techniques.
• Assess the scope of work for minor construction projects.
• Create work plans and prior documentation.
