• Provide on-site nursing services and supervision while performing delegated administrative functions during your shift.
• Implement current standards of nursing care and interpret hospital policy to employees, patients, families, and physicians.
• Mentor and educate staff, serving as a role model and change agent to ensure daily objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure the safety and care of patients and families on your unit.
• Hold staff accountable for providing safe and appropriate care.

• Washington State RN License required.
• Previous experience in Med/Surg, Emergency Room, and Charge roles.
