Responsibilities
- Own and cultivate multi-level relationships with key Independent Vet Online (IVO) partners
- Drive the execution of the annual sales plan to achieve all performance targets (GSV, NSV, Metric Tons)
- Manage retail media activations, promotional calendars, and search/media optimization
- Oversee the end-to-end product catalog—ensuring accuracy for all launches and updates
- Own the volume forecasting process for your accounts
- Act as a central hub for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in CPG with either Account Management /Sales experience, or direct experience at an ecommerce retailer in manufacturer management or similar capacity
- Financial acumen (ex. Forecasting)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Strong experience with Microsoft Suite specifically in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous stakeholder management experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Strategic account/ or pure play experience, veterinary or pet food industry a plus
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
