Maintain continuous state of alertness to control and secure the facility and residents;
Prepare shift documentation including shift reports, work orders, security reports, and unusual incidents;
Conduct patrols of the building to monitor residents and ensure doors and windows are secured;
Perform activities such as urinalysis testing, pat downs, shakedowns, counts, and breath tests as required;
Communicate effectively with staff to promote teamwork and professional relations
