Lead Residential HVAC Install Captain

Job Description

Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing family-owned team.

We're not looking for an install helper ready for the next step. We're looking for someone who is already leading residential HVAC installations - someone who can confidently run the job from start to finish, lead a crew, communicate with homeowners, and deliver clean, high-quality work every time.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Direct and mentor install helper
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners throughout the installation
• Install Trane, Bosch, Comfort-Aire, and Daikin mini-split systems
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and Jack Harrison quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Residential HVAC Installer
• Strong leadership and customer communication skills
• EPA Certificationli>
  
  NATE and manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license
