Client Service Specialist
The Client Service Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of client relationships. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in client relationship management or customer support within the financial services industry. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and ongoing service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Wealth Managers with the transition and conversion from prospect to client
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with clients
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating requests, and guiding them through services
- Act as liaison between client and Wealth Manager and/or internal and external support teams
- Manage onboarding of new clients by collecting essential documentation, managing CRM data entry, and managing account openings
- Prepare and organize materials for client signings and notarizations
- Review all executed client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with client to ensure CRM data and Custodial accounts and data meet plan goals
- Manage daily client requests, including updating account information, completing transactions, completing rollovers, etc.
- Manage and review all client data storage, documentation, and transactions according to our internal compliance policies
- Assist with training Client Service new hires
- Monitor internal process improvements to elevate client experience and departmental efficiency
- Develop and train on existing and new technology used within Client Services
What you need to have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management or customer support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and account management processes a plus
Travel: 0%-10%
Compensation: The base annual salary for this role is $55,000.00 to $75,000.00, plus a performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
