Supports routine service delivery by processing routine transactions and responding to basic customer, agent, and internal inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and is eager to build strong customer service skills in the insurance industry.

• Respond to basic customer and agent inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other channels using established procedures
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and documentation
• Escalate complex or unusual issues appropriately
• Follow standard processes, policies, and service expectations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Willingness to learn systems and product knowledge
• Ability to manage tasks in a structured environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required - just a strong desire to learn and grow
