Salary & Bonus

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 (eligible for teacher qualified candidates)

Wage Range: $17.40/hr to $21.65/hr

• Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Work a full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 6:30 am‑6:00 pm.
• Have a positive work ethic and a team‑centered attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Preferred: previous childcare experience.
• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Have experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Meet position qualification requirements as outlined by state department guidelines.
• Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Have the physical abilities to perform required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff and understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
