Join the Water Resources team s team delivers a full spectrum of water services, from planning and design to permitting and construction. The role involves generating ideas and creating designs that provide high-quality solutions to engineering and design challenges.

• Perform various tasks and gain exposure to diverse engineering facets and programs
• Execute precise technical engineering calculations
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for floodplain modeling and mapping
• Engage in design and management tasks for stormwater projects, including channel stabilization/restoration, storm drain systems, culverts, and water quality features
• Coordinate with project managers and project teams to achieve project objectives
• Innovate and introduce new ideas to projects, showcasing creativity and initiative

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related field
• Minimum two years of experience
• Engineer Intern (EI) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and HEC‑RAS modeling software
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills
