We are seeking a Telecom Engineer with hands-on experience in RF Design, LTE/5G wireless networks, and field engineering support. This position supports wireless design, deployment, testing, optimization, and site engineering activities for enterprise and utility communication networks.
Required Qualifications- 2-7 years of RF/Wireless Engineering experience
- Experience with LTE, 5G , Private LTE, or wireless communications systems
- RF Design, Coverage Modeling, and Network Optimization experience
- Experience with Infovista Planet and/or Atoll
- Site Survey, Field Validation, and RF Testing experience
- Knowledge of Link Budget calculations and propagation analysis
- Experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Utility Telecom experience
- Construction drawing review and redlining
- Bill of Materials (BoM) creation
- Wireless system commissioning and integration
- Perform RF Design, coverage analysis, and network optimization
- Conduct site surveys and field validation activities
- Support wireless infrastructure deployment and testing
- Review construction drawings and installation documentation
- Assist with commissioning and integration of wireless systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams
Must be willing to work onsite and travel occasionally for site surveys and project support.
