Position Summary
The Commercial Loan Post Closing Review Specialist is part of the Post Closing Team in the Commercial Bank Service Support Department. This position is primarily responsible for preparing and executing release documents. The role assists with collateral document research for audits, both internal and external.
Duties & Responsibilities- Complete collateral lien releases on Commercial loans for the Commercial Lending Division.
- Make necessary calls/emails to obtain information needed to release the Bank's lien or assignment.
- Prepare and execute collateral lien release documents.
- Research and utilize multiple bank external programs to obtain needed information for release.
- Receive recorded satisfaction documents and mail to appropriate borrowers as required by state law.
- Verify all pertinent information is scanned to core system of record.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
- Education and Training:
- Requires High School diploma; continuing education preferred.
- Requires 2 or more years' experience in Commercial collateral or documentation.
- Requires understanding of Commercial loan documentation and regulatory requirements to ensure integrity of banks' legal documents and lien position.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and other bank proprietary systems.
Salary is based on job duties, qualifications, experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on company and individual performance. (
Base Pay Range: $19.50/hr - $24.00/hr
