• Educate patients on recommended care plans and wellness services
• Present treatment options and prepay plans with professionalism and confidence
• Convert consultations into active care plans
• Follow up with prospective patients to increase case acceptance
• Support daily clinic flow and collaborate with providers and front desk staff
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication
