Job Summary and Qualifications
- Ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the daily operations of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s) and Performance Improvement programs
- Collaborates with the Director and the leadership team to develop, revise, and implement programs, initiatives, and improvement strategies, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other governmental requirements
- Provides leadership in data analysis, incident response, and staff education to advance patient safety and control and minimize risks at the facility.
Leads and facilitates designated initiatives - Maintains and coordinates quality and PI report cards, dashboard, and other reporting mechanisms
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in nursing required. Master's degree preferred
- Three years clinical experience required
- Two years healthcare quality/risk management or coordinator level experience within the last 3yrs
