Ironhorse in Leawood, KS is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant. This role supports a fast-paced hospitality-focused golf property and provides guest service assistance including bag handling, club cleaning, golfer support, rental club service, and assistance with food and beverage activities.
Experience Required- One month related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Assist with the overall upkeep of Ironhorse.
- Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assist in educating players regarding the game.
- Direct start of play when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
- Assist with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
