Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Full-time | On-site | Newton, KS
Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year

• Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Assign tasks and oversee project team performance.
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Resolve project issues and ensure on-time completion within scope.
• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Source and manage external vendors or consultants as needed.
• Monitor costs, staffing, and resource allocation.
  Deliver professional project presentations and status updates.

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management and cost estimation experience in construction or precast concrete.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying detail‑oriented.
  Experience coordinating with vendors and managing job site logistics.
