General Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Prairie Village, KS. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the high standards of food quality and service that Burg & Barrel is known for. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing budgets, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in budget management and planning
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a General Manager or similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
