• 8–12+ years of construction experience
• Proven Project Manager experience on public works projects
• Background in higher ed, healthcare, municipal, or mixed‑use construction
• Experience managing ground‑up or major renovation programs
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies
• Stable work history with long‑term project ownership
• Collaborative leadership style

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasting
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement and execution
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication
