Director of Maintenance
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Director of Maintenance. The Director of Maintenance is responsible for driving fleet performance, expense reduction and cost savings across the leasing organization. Align maintenance programs and functions to achieve company financial goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) as well as increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction and retention.
Objectives are to maximize fleet uptime and preventive maintenance programs while reducing asset lifecycle costs. Drive disciplined execution of programs and procedures focused on reducing maintenance expense and eliminating unnecessary expense. Lead strategic initiatives regarding vendor management, parts procurement and cost control.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated, successful performance in an executive leadership position with a full-service truck leasing organization or large fleet for 5 or more years.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing profit and loss drivers and operational KPI's.
- Deep understanding of fleet maintenance practice and procedures, asset management and lifecycle costing.
- Experience with modern fleet technologies, telematics and data analytic platforms
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-location teams and drive performance through accountability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- College degree in business, finance or accounting is preferred
