The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Food Ingredients:

Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials while considering chemical and physical product characteristics to ensure proper storage and handling. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery requirements. Utilize warehouse management and inventory systems to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.

Verify product counts, quantities, labeling, and overall condition during receiving, storage, and shipping activities. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational excellence. Support compliance with safety, sanitation, quality, environmental, and food safety standards across warehouse operations. Ensure shipment loads are properly configured and secured to maintain product integrity during transportation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, customer service, and distribution objectives.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory verification and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Experience using computer systems for inventory transactions, data entry, and order processing.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and reliability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support operations and customer needs.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience.
• Experience with computerized warehouse management systems, inventory controls, or cycle count programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, or other business software applications.
