Affiliate and Influencer Manager

The Affiliate/Influencer Manager will own and scale our affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving measurable revenue growth through high-performing creator, expert, and media relationships. This role requires a proactive networker with strong existing connections across the wellness, biohacking, fitness, and lifestyle creator ecosystem—including experts, media partners, and influencers.

This role will work closely with an external social/influencer agency to help scale creator partnerships, while owning strategy, performance, analytics, and relationship management in-house. Reporting into the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Affiliate Manager will manage the full funnel: strategy, recruitment, communication, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI tracking.

Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Influencer Program Management
  • Build, scale, and oversee a high-performing affiliate and influencer program focused on ROI, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth, working closely with an external social/influencer agency to expand creator recruitment, execute campaigns, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Recruit and activate top-tier partners across wellness, fitness, biohacking, and performance communities, leveraging established creator networks to drive high-quality leads to  and support the internal sales team.
  • Recruit, vet, onboard, and nurture affiliates and ambassadors, ensuring program integrity, brand alignment, and long-term value creation.
  • Build clear campaign briefs, promotional guidelines, and creative concepts that inspire partners and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and paid media teams to optimize landing pages, attribution models, and conversion paths.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and negotiate new partnerships with like-minded brands, wellness publications, media outlets, podcasts, newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Maintain high-quality VIP and talent relationships through white-glove communication and support.
  • Oversee product seeding, gifting, and VIP activation programs for high-value partners and creators.
  • Collaborate closely with PR and brand teams to align affiliate and influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics, Tools & Tracking
  • Manage affiliate platforms including Awin and Shopify, along with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, UTM management systems, and custom tracking links.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze ROI, optimize commission structures, and execute data-driven program improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting dashboards outlining revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion trends, and partner performance insights.
Creative Collaboration & Ideation
  • Work with brand, digital, ecommerce, and creative teams to ideate and develop compelling affiliate assets, including content toolkits, landing pages, social media campaigns and product education materials.
  • Identify content and storytelling opportunities through experts, athletes, and influencers that drive trust, authority, and conversion.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership management—preferably within wellness, fitness, recovery, or consumer performance brands.
  • Proven success scaling ROI-driven affiliate and influencer programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Awin, Shopify, Triple Whale, and tracking/UTM systems.
  • Experience managing influencer seeding programs, gifting strategies, and VIP talent activations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Established network of wellness and fitness influencers, media partners, and industry experts is strongly preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate compelling campaign ideas and partner collaboration concepts.
  • Data-fluent with a passion for performance optimization and hitting revenue targets.
