Pain Management Registered Nurse

You will assist with procedures and day‑to‑day clinic visits to educate patients and coordinate care plans, playing a key role in improving outcomes and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.

In this role, you will:

• Assess, plan, and provide care for patients with chronic pain.
• Assist with procedures.
• Administer treatments (like injections).
• Educate patients on plans (medications, PT, lifestyle changes).
• Manage documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and improved function.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of substantial clinical and/or pain nursing experience required

Associates or better in Nursing or related field.

Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field.
