Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The role involves focused, in-person physical exams and review of electronic medical records to complete required VA documentation.

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Accurately document exam findings and complete required VA forms.
• Provide medical opinions based on assessment findings.
• Use provided computer and documentation tools.

• Schedule:
  
  Part‑time, 1‑3 days per week (8:00 AM‑4:00 PM).
• Location:
  
  In‑person, Leawood, KS.
• Caseload: 3‑5 Veterans per day.

• Seeking male practitioners to comply with VA gender‑specific protocols for sensitive examinations.

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Minimum 2,080 supervised hours.
• Comfortable using technology for record review and documentation.
