The Safety Auditor / Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) Evaluator supports the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) by conducting internal safety audits, evaluations, and safety investigations. This role is focused on hands-on evaluation and audit execution, identification of hazards and non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions to promote regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement. The role is based at Airshare's Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site;

not remote or hybrid).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Conduct scheduled and ad hoc Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) evaluations and safety audits across operational areas

* Perform in-briefs and out-briefs with department leadership regarding audit scope and results

* Conduct observations, interviews, and documentation reviews to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal standards

* Identify, document, and record audit findings, non-conformances, and safety concerns.

* Prepare clear, accurate, and timely evaluation and audit reports

* Assist safety leadership with safety investigations, including data collection and documentation

* Support root cause analysis, risk assessments, and corrective action development

* Track and monitor corrective actions to closure within safety databases

* Maintain audit records, checklists, and safety data within electronic systems

* Support continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture

* Other duties as assigned
