Role Description- Roles :
- Develop, implement, and maintain successful FOH operations
- Provide consistent and constructive communication with FOH staff
- Provide leadership in alignment with Enjoy values and culture standards
- Establish and maintain procedures to ensure positive guest experiences and customer service
- Responsibilities :
- Hire and onboard new FOH employees
- Schedule and oversee new employee training
- Work within the given labor budget to staff in accordance with revenue
- Assist employees with resolving schedule conflicts or emergencies
- Assist in filling in open shifts
- Support and supervise FOH operations, employees, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure the dining room is held to ‘Owner's Standards’
- Enforce established policies: uniform, scheduling/time off, health & food safety procedures
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Assist the FOH team during busy times
- Help to resolve employee discord if necessary
- Oversee general FOH job duties are completed correctly and efficiently
- Ensure proper resources are provided for employee success
- Place orders and take inventory for FOH goods and supplies
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- A passion for creating a positive dining experience and fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
