Position

The House of Dior seeks a refined, engaging, and impeccably presented Host to represent our global flagship boutique. As the first ambassador of the Dior experience, the Host will cultivate a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment for every guest. This pivotal role is responsible for setting the tone upon arrival, thoughtfully guiding clients, and ensuring a seamless and memorable journey that reflects Dior's unparalleled commitment to luxury and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit.
  • Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency.
  • Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience.
  • Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach.
  • Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including our exclusive spa offerings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems.
  • Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives.
  • Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times.
Profile Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service.
  • A polished, poised, and professional demeanor, reflecting the elegance of the House of Dior.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with grace and composure.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving client needs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
  • Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
