Flynn Panera, a franchise of Panera Bread, operates upscale, friendly cafés featuring baked breads, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. As a growing franchise within Flynn Group, we offer stability, training, and opportunities for advancement.

As a Retail Team Member, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service, listening to guests’ needs and delivering food and beverage quickly, accurately, and with a friendly smile.
• Maintain a clean, fast, and friendly café environment.

To be successful you should have:

• Strong teamwork and commitment to service.
• Basic literacy to facilitate communication.

• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
