Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities:
Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs;
Train all store associates and managers on Loss Prevention and Core Operational programs to ensure compliance;
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports in LPMS for all recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity;
Network with retail and government resources to identify, investigate, and address organized retail crime activities;
Routinely walk stockrooms and employee-only areas to ensure compliance with stockroom standards and identify signs of internal theft
