Your Role

You are a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Go‑getter for brand standards: keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Own the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership and take action to correct.
• Step in to help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Maintain safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor; follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
