• Greet all guests and offer friendly, prompt and exceptional service
• Manage the salon software and customer traffic
• Educate clients on retail products
• Disinfect all store equipment and keep the store clean and tidy
• Blow up balloons for our balloon tree
• Keep retail shelves stocked
• Assist in salon marketing activities and take pictures/videos
• Assist kids in selecting a charity to donate to
• Print photos and complete certificates for 1st haircut packages
• Ensure each child leaves happy with a balloon, glam ring, lollipop, and that parents are satisfied
• Comfortably ask for 5‑star reviews from customers
• Provide weekend availability
