Key Responsibilities- Drive the store’s performance by achieving sales, profitability, and productivity targets across all channels.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans while responding to customer needs and local market trends.
- Champion a service‑first culture, delivering personalized clienteling and top‑level service excellence.
- Address customer concerns promptly and with empathy, maintaining professionalism.
- Coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing team; set clear goals, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain talent that embodies Coach values.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet business demands and ensure seamless service.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued.
- Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and corporate partners to align on goals and initiatives.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador within the store and the broader community.
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service; luxury or fashion background preferred.
- Education and experience in combination will be considered.
- Passion for leading people and building motivated teams.
- Commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences aligned with Coach heritage and values.
- Strong business acumen focused on results and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition; interest in digital engagement and social media.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to build vendor and community relationships.
- Fast‑paced work environment adaptability; strong English language proficiency (EU).
Schedule: Flexible work schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays.
Physical: Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom.
