Our Crew Members create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. They answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure customers feel welcomed and cared for. They entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure.
Responsibilities- Work on teams to accomplish goals
- Operate the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
- Bag groceries with care
- Stock shelves
- Create signage to inform and delight customers
- Help customers find their favorite products
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
You’ll learn a lot. You are not stuck doing one task; each Crew Member contributes to creating a WOW customer experience by participating in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications- Experience in art, including penmanship, working with chalk, and large signage (optional but a plus)
- Passion for people and a fervor for food
