As a Sr. Outbound Sales Development Representative at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and find new potential sales outlets while building relationships to nurturing warm prospects
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Communicate our value propositions to prospects and determine quality of lead
  • Schedule demonstrations and meetings for prospects, technical experts and sales executives
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow up emails to contact and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Work hand in hand with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Identify and report on customer needs, pain-points and expectations
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create sales presentations for enterprise clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Outbound Sales Development experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong perseverance and determination.
  • Experience using sales CRMs, Hub Spot preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Tools like Outreach.io, Zoom Info etc.
  • Experience using Linked In as a sales outreach tool.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, utilize and optimize a variety of prospecting tools and programs.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Technical aptitude as it relates to the web hosting industry highly preferred.
