Content Strategist

• Builds subject matter expertise in core content areas to develop or tailor messaging, content plans, and strategies.
• Collaborates with editors, writers, designers, and marketers to produce and distribute engaging content.
• Audits content routinely and identifies areas for improvement.
• Builds schedules, ensures deliverables are met, measures effectiveness, and shares insights and best practices.
• Delivers member value through resources, education, and connection, helping drive organizational revenue by driving member value and thereby member retention.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in communications, marketing, English, or related area plus at least four years of related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with editorial plans and within content strategy frameworks.
• Basic understanding of web analytics.
• Preferred:
  Publishing experience in digital channels, including principles of information architecture, componentized content management systems, syndication, SEO best practices, and GEO/AEO best practices.

Monday – Friday (hybrid). Up to 5 days per year travel.
