Responsibilities:- Identify and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
- Educate clients on different insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and company products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales.
- Sales experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
- Ability to build rapport with clients and confidently discuss policy options.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
- Competitive hourly pay ($19 - $25 per hour) plus commission and performance bonuses.
