Security Officer Driver Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor direction, and reporting suspicious behavior;
Support daily operations at the location by communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed and completing routine reports related to security-related activities
