What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols at a commercial office location.

* Monitor lobby access, verify visitor credentials, issue guest passes, and maintain visitor logs in alignment with property policies and front desk expectations.

* Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting building contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

* Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

* Support daily operations by observing camera systems, coordinating with property management, and documenting routine activities, incidents, and/or after-hours access requests.

Minimum Requirements:

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
