Security Officer Dispatch Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor radio traffic, phone calls, alarms, cameras, and/or building systems to receive and relay information for incidents, service requests, and routine activity.;
Dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to reported incidents, access concerns, maintenance issues, and other security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document incidents, visitor activity, property concerns, and communications in logs and reports with clear, timely, and accurate details.;
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of building operations, coordinating responses with site personnel, and reporting unusual conditions or critical situations promptly.
