Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a commercial real estate location;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine concerns, after-hours issues, and emergency situations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to on-site personnel, first responders, and/or property management as needed;
Use radios, phones, cameras, and other site systems to track activity, support field personnel, and help to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and communication;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while maintaining detailed logs, status updates, and reports on daily operations and unusual activity
