Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with onsite personnel/first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff movement to deter disruptions and document security concerns.;
Complete reports and adhere to Allied Universal and location guidelines
