Skills & Development Trainer

House Elite is not a session-by-session gym.

We are a standards-driven basketball academy building the “House” for long-term athlete development in Kansas City.

We train 3rd grade through professional athletes inside a structured, measurable progression system that integrates:

• Strength & movement training
• Recovery + physical therapy
• Performance tracking (Shot Tracker)

We are scaling — and we’re hiring a coach who can own the floor.

You will lead structured on-court academy sessions inside our 90-minute model:

• 30 minutes strength/movement integration
• 60 minutes on-court skill execution

You are responsible for:

• Delivering curriculum with precision
• Holding House Standard every session
• Coaching real reads, not scripted drills
• Maintaining athlete accountability
• Contributing to measurable development progress

You must be capable of commanding the gym independently.

• HS/Collegiate playing or coaching experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to develop youth across multiple tiers
• Understanding of skill progressions + constraint-based teaching
• Comfort with performance tracking technology
• High standards for detail, punctuality, and professionalism
